[会议背景介绍]

The 8th Global Conference on Materials Science and Engineering (CMSE 2019) will be held during November 12th-15th, 2019 in Sanya, Hainan Province, China.

The plenary session will include keynote speeches, invited speeches, oral presentations and poster presentations. As an annual gathering, it provides an extensive platform for scientists, researchers and scholars to present their research results in the fields of Materials Science and Engineering, and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted. The previous conference CMSE2018 successfully held in Xi'an Technological University (Xi'an, China) has attracted over 200 participants from 26 countries and regions.

Situated on the southernmost tip of Hainan Province, Sanya enjoys the advantageous geographic location, possessing numerous excellent harbors. The city is a noted tourist resort with mountains, seas, rivers and lakes for most visitors, and the favorable climate is hot in summer but warm in the three other seasons so attracting large number of followers from home and abroad every year. The whole Sanya is related to the sea, and visitors can enjoy a unique tropical oceanic landscape, including Sanya Bay, Yalong Bay, Dadonghai and Wuzhizhou Island.
